Goodles

Before we watched Toy Story 3, we had our dinner @ Goodles.

We tried pesto for me and morrocan beef for him.

Goodles served their pasta in a cup which is ideal for people on the go and for moviegoers also.

Waiting time about 5 mins.., their pastas are well, very tasty and comes with a garlic bread.

Located at Robinson Galleria 4th floor.

ToyStory 3

Toy Story 3 @ Robinson Galleria MovieWorld, after dinner @ Goodles bumili pa rin hb ng large fries at drink sa Burger King?!

Na-intriga kasi kami kung bakit andun si Totoro sabi ni Phippo kaya aun.

Kala ko nga di ko na makikita ksi si Mike nakita dw niya ako naman di ko napansin. Pero marami namn pala siya exposure sa end.

Buti nga meron pa kasi puro Eclipse na yung mga nasa sinehan.

Syempre pambata yung Story talaga pero mas trip ko pa rin yung How to train your dragon.

Mas cute yung story, mejo lang yung adventure sa ToyStory kasi, mild lang for kids.

Di naman ako umiyak, I remember yung UP at Astroboy pinaiyak ako.

"Everything is KungFu.."

I'm not so excited for this movie even though I like Jackie Chan.

After seeing the trailer, I felt that this is just an average movie... and I'm right.

It ended with not much focus on their goal - which is the tournament.

Well, Jaden Smith acts very well.

Rotten Tomatoes rating is 68%... hmm quiet high...

ang funny nung nagSuperman, nagtataka ako kung sino kinocosplay niya nakapolo and pants lang kasi, tapos nung nasa stage tinanggal para makita ang superman costume sa loob =))



sadly ang layo at labo na ng iba kong pics meron kasing mukhang nakapuslit na pineke lang ang toycon na nakatatak sa kamay (not super sure pero un ang tingin ko talaga) na tumabi sakin at super smelly!!! amoy taong grasa, di nmn sa panglalait pero di ko talaga nakayanan kaya napaatras ako =( Sinumbong nga nmin sa isang naka-id ng toycon (petite girl) pero di nmn niya chineck mabuti (natakot siguro)

Prince of Persia

We were very excited for this! Friday night @ Podium (cinema is much better than EastwoodCitywalk I think, sitting in front is comfy!).
Movie is great!!! We're familiar with the games. Mike played all 4 and he played it smoothly that it seems I'm watching a movie.

Fast-paced movie, breath-taking, intense!!! I could hardly remember the details...
soo fast that my brain took time to process and remember.

the scene of imbaka vs sands assassin(dunno the spelling) is a nice one... emotion filled which is lacking in

"Clash of Titans"

The prince we knew in the 3 games (Sands of Time, Warrior Within, Two Thrones) has a serious character. But in Prince of Persia 2008 (with Elika), the prince has sense of humor just like the movie adaptation.

I like first person games but when I saw this game, I was amazed by the concept, the Prince can run on the wall, jump on roofs, I like the acrobatic skills used in escaping and battles. My fave is that speed kill in 3rd (Two Thrones). It was a really nice game.

But ratings in rotten tomatoes were low 41% when we checked last thursday hmmm? (Well if reviewers did not play the game.... & some really don't like movie adaptation of games...)
Should I register at rotten tomatoes and give my review?? ;p

Ironman 2 movie

Ganda ng movie (^_^)
Enjoy.. Excited kami hehe nagenjoy ako kay Robert Downey sa Sherlock masyado. Buti na lang nakabili kami ng tix ng maaga or else di na
kami makakaupo sa front seat...

Don't leave early guys!!! Wait for the end credits!!!! Ang tagal ng credits haha... parang madami may alam na may easter egg at madami kaming nagantay... Ako di ko naintindihan ung after credit scene nagpaexplain pa ko sa kasama kong si "Tony Stark" ;p
I dunno if Galleria show it but to make sure we watched it in Podium.
Baka kasi wala na kami abutan pa na front seat saEastwood so first time in Podium and ok pala ang screen dun and sounds.

How to Train your Dragon

98% rating in tomatometer? hmmm! since we trust rotten tomatoes ratings, we started to googled where can we still watch this as we knew that Titans is now replacing it in 3D cinemas.

We had no choice but to watch it in SM cinema digital 3d as we consider proximity in our place (last showing today!).

I was also worried earlier this afternoon if it is really worth watching it in SM (it's not included in my best cinemas really) I was like "3D for only P250 w/ free drinks? hope they didnt sacrifice the quality". Cheap price compared to Eastwood Php200 for Clash of the Titans in 2D only. But based from blog reviews, they say that SM digital theater is a lot better than Imax.. (So clear, So real)...ok ok...

At the cinema... hmmm ok the screen here is not in proportion again, too high, hope SM cinema fix this but we still sat on the front row middle.

OK they were right - So Clear So Real (^_^) but the rendering is somewhat dark? I dunno but there's really a difference between the trailers we saw at Eastwood esp. in Prince of Persia. Other than that, everything is ok -again so clear, so real, hehe (^_^)

I love the movie. Cute cute cute! Thumbs up! Charming, funny adventure, awesome animation. We love it.

Clash of the Titans

Yesterday, hb treated me to a moviedate @ Eastwood. (^_^)

Our plan was to watch it in 3D. Good thing we checked its tomatometer in Rotten Tomatoes - 30%. We still watched it since the trailer is good and hb likes greek mythology (more than I do).

We arrived there 1 hour before the screen time (excited?). We didn't check out Eastwood Easter Wonderland coz it was very hot outside. So we stayed @ Mcdo (hb's cravings) where we also bought our movie snack.

The movie trailers took almost 30mins that we finished our food - nuggets, fries, burger (reward?) before the show begins. ;p Green Apple float = yum2x

Effects - good but overall = lacks emotion. As other critic said, "lacks cheesy-ness".


Next attraction: Ironman2 and Prince of Persia!
