New Year 2015

Happy New Year!

The newest member of the furry family, we are still thinking of his name.

When I dropped my hair donation to Papemelroti, I also bought this mini planner.

I started writing down dates to remember and to-do list :)

2015 Bring it on !

New Year 2014

I woke up early on the 31st, prepared potato salad (again) and kamote salad. ;)

I over boiled the kamote, it became a bit mushy :/ 

It is the first time I contributed something, I still remember my bro's face while eating them.

"Ano ba ito??.... kamote?!!! O_O"   

The kids used that torotot na di na hinihipan, meron na palang ganun.

There were only few fireworks being let off in our area and we did not buy one which is a good thing bec our dogs were not very scared as compared last year.

I've tried this local Bugnay Wine, tolerable taste and kinda sweet.

My mom also prepared buko salad, suman and pansit. My uncles cooked the lechon and dinuguan. 

Our table spread is not complete if there's no tray of fruits. :)

I hope you all had fun celebrating the eve of 2014 :)

New Year 2013

 first time for my father and titos to try cooking lechon at home

I told him not to buy fireworks/firecrackers anymore, bec. of the poor birds,
and his face went "wut r u talking about" :/

I placed our puppies inside my bro's room and looked after them during the loud midnight :)

New Year 2012

Every year my relatives spend their holidays with us. They start cooking early in the morning.

My two brothers ridiculously drove to Batangas for fresh seafood.

For the first time, Tita Rema cooked this rice cake delicacy which is really really good.


They also prepared Arroz valenciana, another version of paella

my old study table now belongs to my youngest bro. I usually stay at the sofa but it was their videoke day.

i just went out if I'm hungry hahaha which is every hour ;p
Another reason to go outside, our cutie puppy! He started to walk! =D

New Year celebration

Mom's first time to cook Pancit Lucban. Sooo yummy that it was the only dish I ate that night. They also cooked Pork BBQ, grilled Tuna, Spaghetti, Macaroni Salad, Buko Salad, Suman.
