I've mentioned in my post here that I ate sandwiches for some weeks ago because of my busy sched.
Aside from my malunggay Peanut Butter , i was able to try Filippo Berio Classic Pesto and Sundried Tomato Pesto. (After taking a lot of time going around and reading labels @ SM supermarket) They are good compliment for egg, tofu or lettuce, at Php120+ only per bottle ^_^
I know they are not 100% healthy but still compared to highly processed, overly sweet or fattening sandwich spreads out there....
BREAD = usually whole wheat bread from Jipan or just SM Bonus hehe
Organic Tofu and Vegan Sausage from Dr. Tam :)
I love that this easy to prepare healthy goodness are affordable at only about P40 for the Tofu and P80 (forgot the exact price) for the vegan sausage. It's good to have these on fridge and ready whenever I'm out of ideas on what to eat.
Vegan sausage tastes like bland vienna sausage but I'm used to it :)
They are available at Dr. Tam stores in Tiendesitas, Pasig and Metrowalk.
Happy Sunday! I've finished bloghopping and reading comments.... :)
