Food Court Finds: Kim N' Chi

Hello Sunday!

Just sharing the korean fastfood we tried last week located at Robinsons Galleria foodcourt

mike looks like he enjoyed his Omurice w/ beef bulgogi (P145),  rice topped with super thin scramble-like eggs with mayo and ketchup
me? my japchae (P79?) was dry, gooey and hard to chew not to mention few veggies too =(
i hope they improve the quality of their food as their place looks really promising...

I'm in the office doing overtime,
work is stressful but when you get a hang of it you can't just stop eh? ^_^

Po Suk Jung

Happy Valentines day!

Today is just a regular working day for us... will spend til 12MN in the office  (True Story)
Busy as a bee always so we both agreed to have our simple pre-valentines date last Sunday :)

It was drizzling a bit that Sunday afternoon,  after carefully checking out the map before we left, mike  still made a wrong turn on our way to Po Suk Jung ;p ,which is located in Oranbo Pasig, a street after Ynares Sports Center if coming from Shangrila.

We were surprised to see a  resto like this hidden in the busy city of Pasig.

The place is quiet large and has ample parking space

Mostly spicy appertizers, their kimchi is good :)

Must try Japchae! Mike and I both agreed that this is just yummy :) Serving is good for two
Greens to go with the Sam gyub sal (grilled pork belly) below

I also had fun taking his pics ;p

It was not yet dark when we left, we thought of passing by Pan de Manila for our snack later that day.We bought pandesal and tried their new "Bananamon" =D

Last night I received this from him :) , one of the chocolates I like  = Dark Toblerone (which I'm munching on while writing this)

And from my boss, Ms. Ellen :)

Again Happy Valentines Day!

I know there are folks out there who call this commercialized or overrated day.
These post in twitter I saw last weekend is a good read. (thanks for darlene for sharing) I like what is written there because that is also what I believe:

"We celebrate the harvest. We celebrate the spring. We celebrate birthdays and death-days and the beginning of the year and the end of the year. We celebrate our parents and labor and Presidents. What in the world is so terribly wrong with celebrating love? I know not all of us have partners, but it is a rare soul who is without love of any kind. What kind of shrunken, sour heart does it take to insist that everyone else stop delighting in ritual and love? "

Weekend: Banana Cake, Korean Food

Weee! I baked a really good Banana cake! ehem ehem but honestly I find the pre mix too sweet for my taste.
I know,  I know, it doesn't look appetizing (as if someone shot it lol)
I added the chocoballs 3 mins before I toasted it a bit (i love toasted sides and top =D)

Long weekend for me, work at home almost every friday (and weekends too). =D
So basically spent it at home except last Saturday when we need to go to Globe customer service (Megamall) because our tattoo myfi was not working for 2 days. And as suspected, the sim needs to be replaced =( but it's free of charge

Afterwards, grabbed these in the grocery to satisfy my korean food cravings. ^_^

I added eggs and leeks. In real life they are orange in color XD
Last time when we dine at Kogi Bulgogi, I discovered that kimchi gets along with hot noodles *drool*
Every sunday morning means 'One Piece' though nothing happened much in the episode today.
I am very much tempted to read the manga! grr!

Excited for Monday (Sherlock!!!) wee! though I heard there will be tears after Sherlock's episode finale XD

Our view, dancing fountain =D
Our bill cost P333 only ^_^

mike is complaining he looks fat at the photo above, so take 2 lolz
