Human Nature Perfect Coverage Mineral Foundation

I'm back with another Human Nature product review :)

I attended a lovely wedding last Saturday at Oasis Manila. I used the Human Nature 100% Natural Perfect Coverage Mineral Foundation I ordered  last month.

PS: Now I'm really shy to share my photo hehe, just check out the wonder of mineral foundation on my face, don't mind the  eyebags and the unruly brows
I don't have good quality photos, just these, straight from my phone... no editing

 one more time, yung nagsuklay

Face: Human Nature Mineral Foundation in Honey,
Human Nature Mineral Pressed Powder in Island Shell,
 Ellana Mineral Concealer

Lips: Human Nature Lipstick in Pink Skies
Eyes: Tony Moly Eyeliner

I am sooooo happy with Human Nature foundation! \^_^/
I superrr recommend this product (price, blend, coverage and finish = all check :))
It is not cakey and does not feel heavy; it is also silky that it glides on the skin and helps conceal blemishes alone.
I am also wowed that I didn't need to retouch from 1PM to 9PM, Imagine! with my combination type of skin plus the hot weather.

Original(Php395) , Refill(Php295)

Bridal Sparty at Pink Me Up

Last week, we surprised our colleague with a sparty for her bridal shower.
I suggested Pink Me Up as there are lots of great blog reviews I've read and
it looks pretty in blog photos too.

Lookie!

The place is indeed pretty and soo girlaloo! It is not that big and can accomodate only up to 10-12?  The nice thing here also is that you can borrow some of party items like plates and utensils.

They ordered Pesto Pasta from Aveneto = it was really great! yum2x!
The chicken wings were from Sunrise Buckets -  the bride's fave

mini cupcakes from Bella Cupcakes Manila, and oh so wow, I ate a lot of cupcakes that night!
I love their red velvet!

I have no idea of the group's plan actually, for  food, desserts, decorations, games, souvenirs and everything. I was surprised how everything turned out well. They were very creative. The food spread was presented really nice, I would just like to look at it.  If only I had my phone with me (toinks! how did I forget it!!!)

After we ate and played games, we had our hand spa, foot spa and mani, pedi. I think I was the only one who availed the complete package and one of us did not even finish her hand spa because we still have final activity for the bride.
I opted for a silver/grayish polish :)

Overall, we all had a hilarious and wonderful night :)

Mushroom siomai

first time i bought and prepared mushrooms :)

I really wanted to before but I don't know how to cook them
And because I wanted some dimsums one weekend, I thought of making them from scratch
I googled a lot of how to videos and it seemed very easy to prepare

Ingredients: enoki mushroom, turnips(singkamas), egg and siomai wrapper (also carrots - not on the pic)

I mixed everything in a blender, drained, added ginisa mix, wrapped in siomai wrapper and steamed it.

wrapping needs more pratice

Tadaaa!

Then for the dipping sauce, I fried some garlic and added it toyomansi with crushed chili pepper (the one from yellow cab ;p

I learned that the turnips should not be overpowering or it will taste really weird.
Next time, I'll try to add some kuchay

Have you tried cooking with mushrooms before?

Ramen Bar Eastwood

mike ordered Yakiniku Beef Rice Topping (P165)

and miso ramen  (P320) for me

"Miso infused tonkatsu ramen topped with
tamago, naruto, chasyu, butter and corn"

Surprisingly, I can't taste the miso ? the soup was kinda milky but flavorful and the toppings were generous.
A bowl of ramen is already good for 2 so I shared it with mike, he said he liked the soft pork toppings

I like the wooden interior

and kawaii wall display ^_^

We did not order drinks as I was so full to even drink a water. We went to nearby Tous Les Jours Bakery where we bought a vegetable croquette (taste like lumpiang shanghai :)) and mamon like bread then we bought our drinks from Happy Lemon and waited for the movie to start.
Ramen Bar is located at G/F Eastwood Mall

Happy Valentines Day

A Good Day to Die Hard

We went to Eastwood, dine at Ramen Bar, bought  breads from Tous Les Jours, milk tea and watched a movie.. yeah right, action movie for Valentines Day \(^_^)/

luv the movie! Action-packed of course!
It's just that Bruce Willis' son here looked like a villain to me (bec. of  his Jack Reacher role).

OOTD

Happy Valentines Day!

Green Grocer: Herbs Best, Salad Dressing, Jojis Delight in Coco Sugar

Howdy! just sharing my recent purchase from Green Grocer...

Joji's Delight Peanut Butter in Coco Sugar(Php295) (my first review of Jojis PB here)
I always buy the variant with muscovado sugar before... but will purchase the one with Coco Sugar from now on

As i was trying to add more items to reach the minimum delivery, I thought of trying this salad dressing.
Green salads became my dinner for the past few days. At first, I thought I didn't like the taste when I paired it with iceberg lettuce but when I tried it with cabbage lettuce, mmm perfect!, i'm hooked :)
Honey Calamansi Dressing(Php100/100ml)

I also ordered Herbs Best Ginisa All Natural Saute mix for a less guilty feeling of making tasty foods :)
"made with native garlic, onion and spices. Fortified with added nutrition from multi herbs and FG phyto food, a special complex of 21  fruits and vegetable extractives" (nosebleed!)
Herbs Best Ginisa Mix(Php120 /box)

That's it for now, I still have few healthy finds and healthy options to post for the next few days like the mushroom siomai I experimented with  hihi ;p

I hope to catch up and read my fave blogs the soonest!

Shake n Take

for the past few days, i'm sleeping at around 1 or 2 am and need to rise at 6am. whew!
i really need to give my body some TLC...

I ordered this Shake n Take few weeks ago from Shy Shop which cost Php510

Here are some smoothies I usually brought with me for the past few days:

Mango

 Carrots + apple

 Pineapple

Guyabano

My favorite is the pineapple shake but it is the hardest to prepare!

This little blender needs extra care when you use it as it seems fragile. You need to buy a bottle cleaner to wash it or if your hands doesn't fit. in my case my hands fit inside but i'll buy a bottle cleaner soon :)

Thanks to Shy Shop :) Check out their facebook account. They have a wide range of products, from kids toys, kitchen, home, gift/ novelty items and a lot more.

PS: thanks also for the coin purse freebie included in my order :)
